在平扫 CT 上病灶不可见，与肝实质等密度。在动脉期，它在肝段 II 中显示出立即、强烈和外周球状增强。在所有动态阶段都具有与主动脉相同的“闪光填充”和密度。

在第 VIII 段有一个局灶性病变，门静脉期低密度，延迟期完全充盈。在非增强期和动脉期不可见。

案例讨论
在超声上，病变具有血管瘤的典型特征。

在 CT 上，病变显示特定的增强模式。其行为是典型的“闪光填充型肝血管瘤”。

快速充盈血管瘤又称快速充盈血管瘤、快流量血管瘤、高流量血管瘤和毛细血管瘤。该亚型占所有肝血管瘤的 16%。

VIII 段的局灶性病变代表非典型的小肝血管瘤。
