表现
慢性右侧腰痛，随后数月出现血尿。

右肾下半部内侧有外生肿块，紧邻肾门，近端输尿管受压，导致肾输尿管轻度积水，但 CT 检查未发现同侧肾静脉或动脉有肿块。

其余腹腔内脏无异常。

病例讨论
CT 检查结果与右侧透明肾细胞癌相符，根治性肾切除术后病理证实（未显示）。

患者被转诊给肿瘤内科医生，接受进一步适当治疗。
