手术

替代药物

其他补救措施

针灸和其他干预措施

生物标志物
2015年公布了关于在骨关节炎临床试验中纳入可溶性生物标志物的要求的指南,但截至2015年,尚未确认骨关节炎的生物标志物。 2015年对骨关节炎生物标志物进行系统评价,寻找可用于风险评估的分子,在25篇出版物中发现了37种不同的骨和软骨转换生化标志物。最有力的证据是II型胶原的尿C末端端肽(uCTX-II)作为膝关节骨性关节炎进展的预后标志物和血清软骨寡聚基质蛋白(COMP)水平作为膝关节和髋关节骨关节炎发病率的预后标志物。对髋关节骨关节炎中生物标志物的综述也发现与uCTX-II有关。前胶原II型C-末端前肽(PIICP)水平反映体内II型胶原合成,并且在关节液内PIICP水平可用作早期骨关节炎的预后标志物。
