妊娠中的肝脓肿

肝后上段一种大的球形非均匀低回声病变。同时，胆囊水肿时肝脏回声减弱，提示肝炎。患者早期自然流产，子宫腔内可见残留的妊娠产物。
案例讨论
阿米巴肝脓肿在女性中并不常见，在各种研究中肝病的男女比例为2:1 ~ 9:1。然而，孕妇比非孕妇更容易患肝脓肿。妊娠阿米巴肝脓肿带来了一些医学挑战。不幸的是，本例患者在诊断后4天内发生了自然流产。
关于流产与肝脓肿之间关系的医学文献很少。发烧本身可能对早孕构成风险。本例流产可归因于发热、感染、药物或其他混杂因素。
