体征和症状

血脂

风险评估

预防

饮食

证据不支持omega-3脂肪酸补充剂在预防心血管疾病(包括心肌梗塞和心源性猝死)方面的有益作用。 有初步证据表明,摄入甲基萘醌(维生素K2)而不是叶绿醌(维生素K1)可以降低死亡率的风险。

二级预防
