病理生理学

热原

内源性

下丘脑

用处

管理

保守措施

药物
降低发烧的药物称为退热药。解热布洛芬可有效减少儿童发烧。它比儿童中的对乙酰氨基酚(扑热息痛)更有效。布洛芬和对乙酰氨基酚可以安全地用于患有发烧的儿童。对于患有发烧的儿童,对乙酰氨基酚本身的功效受到质疑。布洛芬在患有发烧的儿童中也优于阿司匹林。此外,由于存在雷氏综合症的风险,不建议儿童和年轻人(16岁或19岁以下的人,具体取决于国家)使用阿司匹林。

历史
